Egg is a versatile ingredient in cooking and baking. Eggs bind mixtures together as well as enriching the flavor.

There are more ways to cook egg, either scrambled, poached, boiled or fried. You can also use it to make dishes such as omelettes, quiche,  french toast, pancakes, sauces.

Egg is also an important ingredient in baking. It is used as leavener in many cakes and soufflés by trapping air in the foam, thickens custards and fillings, and glaze that creates an attractive bronze finish in breads and pastries.
